It's hot as hades down in Texas and for some reason my R134 a/c has stopped working. I drove it probably a month ago or so with no issues and the next time out I noticed the fan will not even turn on when I turn the climate control fan knob underneath the dash. Also noticed the drivers window does not come down and the power adjustments on the seat also do not work. I've read this may be common b/c they're on the same fuse. I checked all the fuses and every one looks in order. I know fuse #2 two (25 amp) is the a/c fuse and I replaced but notice there are no wires connected to that fuse.
Other troubleshooting includes changing the relay next to the compressor. The clutch does not enagage. Like I said there is zero air coming out when I turn the knob. Would appreciate some guidance or where else to check (under the seat maybe?)
Next, I've had some issues passing Texas inspections b/c of the lack of a third brake light. I'd like to wire some LEDs or something at top of the rear window or on the outside but I have no idea how to do this and can't find much on the internet with the proper steps. I have something wired up there but it looks like maybe the window defroster. Any thoughts on how to wire this up?
