Interesting morning ☺️ . So I pulled the glow plugs relay from the 332 ( known good ) and installed it into the 430 . No difference on the dash the glow plugs light not coming on when key turned to the right . Turn the key to the left which is " test mode " and all dash lights including the glow plugs lights up .

I figured while I have the side cover off let's try to start it with the original glow plug relay . Turns over great but no start . Then I notice the shut off solenoid is not clicking or pulling back . I pulled it back with my hand and she starts right up.

Mowed for about 20 minutes and the glow plug light comes on and stays on 😡. Then I noticed brand new radiator cap is leaking and then I start losing power . I limped her back to the garage and shut her down . Also last week the H2O light came on and I added fuel additives to all garden tractor tanks and 5 gallon cans .

The H2O light was on for maybe the first 5-10 minutes of mowing this morning and then turned off , I am assuming the fuel conditioner did the trick . But both of my diesels are losing power after 30-40 minutes of mowing . My next attempt at repair will be two new fuel filters as they may be contaminated.

On the 430 I may try mechanically pulling back the fuel shut off solenoid and zip tying into position just to see if that makes it run any different . My theory is the fuel solenoid may be " creeping/moving " towards shut down position due to vibration . That would partially restrict fuel flow . I am open to any suggestions .
