Been searching for an intermittent miss. 3.0L twin plug in my 72. I thought I found it when I found the #3 plug wire loose. The one thing I hate about my Porsche that I've owned for 23 years is attaching the top plug wires to the spark plug. So I replaced the #3 with a new wire. Then I still had an occasional miss. I pulled the coil wires one at a time to locate which set of plugs was the problem. Well after getting a shock from the power wire to the coil that powers the lower plugs I found the culprit. That power wire was loose and after cleaned up that wire and put it back securely into fuse holder she runs smooth again.
