Don't even bother with all the advance settings. Just have the basic three, low, mid, and high is all you will need. I also like the natural white (like sunlight) that's easier on the eyes. charger and battery is needed.

I've got a zebralight headlight, the one that takes a AA. It lasts a very long time, and I do try to keep some AA in the house. But yeah, it would be nice to have one that's rechargeable.
