I describe the pain as a red hot knitting needle being stabbed into your abdomen.
It must be kidney stone season. I passed a 2 mm stone this past weekend. That's the second episode in 20 years. Fingers crossed for no more repeats.
My brother-in-law is very susceptible to kidney stones and takes daily medication to control it. I think it's potassium citrate.
