For the guys that have had them, when you do your yearly dental visit, do they have to do a lot of the scraping to get plaque off? I've seen some pics and videos where folks get a crazy build up of stone-like material attached to their teeth. I went something like 24 years between dental checkups once, and they were shocked because it was basically a regular light cleaning.

I'm wondering if the same chemistry that keeps me from having much build up in my mouth may also help keep me from having k.stones.

I also used to drink a lot of soda, but stopped cold turkey probably 20 years ago. Now I mostly just drink water. I'm not too worried about it.
