I don’t mind paying, it’s more do I ask why the tenant only had one key on her as she disclosed in video? Seems either mgmt only gave her one key or she only took one key with her when she went out. Why would I have to pay for that?
I’ll talk to her tomorrow but is it okay to mention the video?
