It seems to me that spying on a tenant with a video camera on her door after she has taken possession of the home would open you up to a lawsuit. Did you get her permission in the lease? If not, I would delete the video and turn it off. Then I would simply address the question as to why she didn't have the proper keys.
I key every lock on my rentals to the same key. I suggest you do as well. It is hard not to lose or break a key. Having two doubles the chances. If you get the Kwikset SmartKey, they are easy (and take seconds) to rekey yourself...but even then, a big mgt company just calls a locksmith. It is your money, not theirs (And they are mangers, not handymen.
