It’s worth checking that you’re getting enough clutch travel - I think the spec is 10mm? In the PPI notes for my car from a previous owner there was a comment that the shop had to try a number of different used pedal shafts before finding one that gave enough travel. Elsewhere here or on 914world I seem to recall that the pedal shaft from a Sportomatic needs to be used?
