I always feel like "Scottish Breakfast" should have some whisky in it. Nothing fancy, a cheap blend will do...
And anyway, for us, two peppermint herbal teas/tisanes and one of the big "iced tea" bags in a quart of warm water, then dilute for serving with ice.
Hotels that we stay at have our 9yo addicted to various fruit/cucumber waters. We may have to give that a try. It's a struggle to stay hydrated in the high desert southwest USA.
