21 hp B&S mower was hard starting. Finally twigged to the idea of a bad fuel pump. My guy had them in stock. It took less than 10 minutes to haul the old one off, check the vacuum line and install the new. Started with the first turn of the key. I felt like such a dummy, the thing has been starting hard for a year.
