Peter, Maybe not all China. If I'm not mistaken the Husky tool line from Home Depot is made in Tiawan, and are pretty good quality wise. Sort of mid range, like the old USA made Craftsman tools were. Maybe not as good as those old Craftsman tools, but much better than the cheap Chinese stuff.
The beauty of a roll is it's tool accessibility...no dragging out a handful of stuff to find the tool you want.
