I just saw this on faceplant. It reminded me of the quote about a fool and his money.
How much "marketing and merchandising" do you think the dealer is going to have to do on a car that is, apparently, so in demand that they can charge 90k over MSRP. My guess is that the marketing would go something like this.
"I'd like to cancel my order."
"OK"
"Hi, we had someone cancel their purchase agreement. You're the next guy on the list. We're willing to sell you the car for $100k over MSRP. How soon can you get here? You've got an hour and then we're calling the next guy."
