Phew, I spent all day out in the garage yesterday. The new carpet is back in. The front, side and rear trim pieces are back in place. It all has to go together in a certain order, and it is all sorta interconnected.

This morning I painted the new lower door panels. They look pretty good. The seat belt guides on the back of the seat are pointing up, and after all the years they had faded a lot, so I painted them back to the right color.

Pretty cool tech. I use a adhesion promoter first, and let it dry a little, then two light coats of the color and presto changeo, a black plastic panel is a burgundy panel.

The wind was pretty much none, and I had the shade of the house and used the cardboard the panels came in as a cover for the concrete so no paint on the driveway. Another step closer to done.

I am letting the garage, and me cool off for a few minutes, and hopefully today make some major progress on the project.
