Why not just disconnect the banjo fitting nut. Clamp the hose line so fuel won’t spill out. Loosen and remove nut and banjo fitting hose. Use deep socket to remove one way valve attached to pump while holding the pump. The fittings should not be overly tight that using a firm grip should hold the pump from turning.
