I have a couple of $50. rechargeable head lamps but wanted one in every vehicle, one hanging by the dog leash and one hanging in the shop so I ordered a bunch of these cheapies on Amazon. "Amazon's choice" so I figured they must be OK. Two lights for $22. They charge with a USB (great for in the car), water proof, tilt and have the same functions of my much more expensive lights but are lighter on the head. They work just as well, the bright setting is super bright. I'm ordering some more for stocking stuffer gifts
