I don't see how a shocking pen is a weapon. It's sold in gag gift shops to any kid with 10 bucks. Now if it contained mace or something....
I agree with Kurt. I'd go to the pricipal's office to request an in-person meeting. Also, keep a record of the call you make and/or receive and what the outcome is.
