The punishment, if my son is found to be guilty of shocking his fellow bus rider, is a couple of days suspension and will be removed from the bus for the duration of the school year.

Second, the school is viewing the shock pen as a weapon, according to their zero tolerance policy. He is looking at expulsion from the school district if I don't fight back.
