I can't say I'd recommend
Black Bird too much. It was only a 6 episode series, but it was based on a true story of a serial killer. I have to say Paul Walter Hauser (who played the killer) was pretty interesting. I'm not familiar with this actor, but he was the one who played the title character in
Richard Jewell, which I didn't see. An interesting and good actor.
