The markings tell us that it's a Nikasil coated KolbenSchmidt [by Mellenium] It started it's life as a 95mm. Can't see the top so it could be a 3.0 or a 3.2 cylinder. CE groove indicates a 3.0.
Considering it's been coated, it may have even been bored. Show the top or measure it. Could be 95, 97, 98 mm.
