Im working on the door for my fc-150 the whole hinge panel needed to be new and the skin. So Since i rebuilt the cab its all out of shape anyway im fitting the door to it. Its going better than i anticipated. All the mechanisms work fine. Iv almost got the hinge panel done then iv got to loosen up all the window frame bolts because taking that off is the only way to get glass in it. Ill probably just put lexan in it for now. Im going to add braces inside so it stays where i want it because its very floppy and im not so sure the skin will get it as solid as i would like.
