I enjoyed it as well.
I worked on the RAH-66 Comanche when I was at the Sikorsky Factory. The development was done at their flight test facility in West Palm Beach, Florida so I spent at least a week a month there.
I never flew it, unfortunately, but the simulator was in Bridgeport, CT and I worked that quite a bit.
Just an amazing helicopter.
I also sponsored this thing, from Piaseki Aircraft...Vectored Thrust Ducted Propeller, based on an H-60 I basically gave them.
Lots of stories. Very similar to the Cheyenne in that lift is trasfered to wings at certain speeds.
