2. Shop air compressor outside of the garage
3. Windows for cross flow ventilation
4. Insulate the crap out of it
5. Lots of outlets with at least one 220 volt
6. Lots of lighting
7. Ceiling or wall mounted fans
8. Drop lights on reels from the ceiling
9. At least one heavy duty work bench
10. Wall and base cabinets for storage
