Good size. Consider the single post lifts. They open up a lot of footprint and you can walk under them if you're under 6'3". I have a 4 post in another garage and I much prefer the single post. They're about twice the cost but well worth it. MaxJax is nice too for regular stuff if you're fine sitting on a rollie chair. It does the job and you can easily move them out of the way to open up more space. Split system AC/heat all the way. Mini tank water heaters work well (the type you hang on the wall). Polyaspartic floor coating is great if the floor is constantly exposed to sunlight. Otherwise go with standard epoxy. If you flake the floor do not do what I did. Go with a lighter color because if I drop something it takes forever to find it
