If it hasn't been started in three years, then for the love of God, don't try starting it now (as you said). Get the tow hook out and have it towed to your repair shop. It is going to need all the fluids drained and replaced. Let them do it. If the top is jammed, you may have to take it to the Porsche dealer. A lot of mechanics won't touch a Cab top. If your shop will do it, go ahead and let them. If you have to take the top to the dealer, you are looking at at least $3K. Ask me how I know. The spoiler motor is easy to replace and your mechanic can do it.
