• The pipe for the gas line, but it’s not hooked up.
• The expansion line, going to a drain.
• The supply line, which branches off in the blue pex and the water heater and ?
• The expansion tank, to prevent water hammer, but it looks upside down.
• Two ground wires hooked up to the copper

Why do they have red and white hot water lines? At first I thought the two lines were to circulate hot water, but that’s a hot water on on demand system. Maybe they are two different system sent to two different locations

Either way, looks like a lot of fixtures/bathrooms/kitchens for one water heater.

I'm guessing the colors represent floors or zones. It could also be for in-floor heating.
