i dont anything about solar. i think there is a guy named redbeard that does.
if the solar gets overloaded i assume there is something that will trip on the solar side. (not that 125 breaker )(i dont know if there is some kind of power converter for solar) your only looking at about 30amps at 240v for 11kw. so you might change that breaker size and then you can use smaller wire. or keep bigger wire to reduce voltage drop.
i think you will have to turn off breakers if the power goes out if you want to run on solar and not the EG.
im just a lowly elec tech.....
