ahh. still. no need for a 125. i would use a 30 or 40. you dont want to damage the inverter.
just did a very quick search on solar.


i found this.
During a power outage, your home solar system will automatically turn off. This is to prevent solar energy flowing through the utility grid

you may have to put in a disconnect switch to isolate the two, or use that 200amp breaker to do it if you want to run both at the same time with no comm power.

but yes, the inverter can sense when you have a power loss and turn off.
