I'm guessing the second stalk on the right is the cruise control (up = set/accel, down = reset, in = cancel).
The vague stirring of gears in the 915 gets significantly better with the Wevo (or similar) shifter, but never gets as nice as a G50. "Is it in gear, or is it just in the correct SPOT for the gear" is a game I play every time I drive the 911.
