Deer are thick here, and unlike decades ago are on the move 24x7x365... I see 'em all the time (and on cams). I've never seen a black bear here, but they have been spotted and are not unheard of anymore. All the critters here have changed their locations and habits in recent decades.
I had two run right across the road in front of my F150 about 5 years ago.... at 60 mph, I just puckered
. Another on just about ran in front of the 911.... heard the sport muffler and veered away... again at 60+. Be careful out there!
