Yes, we bought the entire ensemble, refrigerator, microwave, oven in October 2020.
Expensive as heck but my wife loved the improvement over our old 20 year GE Monogram.
One worry. . .
One year six months into owning it we noticed a sizable crack in the plastic lining of the freezer. The crack was 1/8 to one 1/4 wide (inches). It seemed to start from an overtightened screw holding the plastic lining in the freezer compartment. The crack was essentially a “U”, starting from the front of the freezer, radiating to the back, went along the back wall, then returning to the front of the freezer. The crack was parallel to the floor in the lower 1/3 rd of the freezer.
Still under factory warranty they sent a repairman who said “You need a new unit, this is not repairable.
6 weeks later it was installed.
With 1 month left on factory warranty we are checking to see if our crack was a fluke or flaw. We did buy the extended warranty, hopefully that problem would be covered by that.
Also,
The water filter seems to need replacing more frequently than my old GE. I could go 18 months on the GE but only was getting 6 months out of the Dacor. Filters are a standard Samsung brand.
The unit we have has internet ability. It will send you reminders, change water filter, set temperature of freezer/fridge essentially basic stuff.
We are under STRICT instructions from the wife not to push glasses on to the water dispenser activator, rather, put the glass in place and press the activator with your other hand. Something about it makes my wife feel it could break.
Like all stainless steel appliances, fingerprints are a *****.
Having said all this, the wife would buy again (assuming that crack was a fluke.)
Feel free to PM if you have any additional questions, or post here.
