He's going to have an uphill battle on that. He was at minimum violating the terms and conditions of his ticket, assuming he had one, for the game. At max, he was engaged in criminal trespass by going on the field.
It's been a long time since I took torts but his actions may prevent him from winning. Maybe someone else can chime in, I didn't do that well in torts anyway.
