Found some rust at the base seam of the door Paul so I'm media blasting that and laying down some epoxy primer tomorrow. I expect it will go back on ok with the exception of the cable end going into the door handle. But we'll see.

This is my first truly digital vehicle, don't count the 2007 BMW which is more analog. It has never let me down in 18K miles (now at 148K) but it has been glitchy here and there. Some day I'll post a full review. Net net is I love the truck (2010 GTS) but my 2007 328i M Sport (246K miles) is a significantly better built vehicle in probably every aspect over the Cayenne. The BMW is closer to an impact bumper 911, not sure what the Cayenne is closer to without insulting it. It is an amazing "can only have one" vehicle.
