I believe Cali has 17 refineries. 6 of those have been down for normal fall scheduled maintenance or unplanned downtime. Supply is very tight.
Just like there is a "Porsche tax" there is a Cali tax.
I am sure there are other causes.

Dude, you cannot make up your logic. Let me know when you wake up to facts. BTW, Joe asked the Saudi's to pump more, (even gave a fist bump), then they just cut production by 2MM B a day. How is that gonna work out? It is amazing how we went from energy independence and a net exporter to the mess we are in on a world scale in less than 2 years. PARF or not, our leaders blew it all up with green policy at all cost. Those are facts cupkake.
