I find it interesting that Red Bull are very adamant that they submitted all paperwork required and that it added up to less than the cap . So are they lieing ? They can't add ? The FIA can't add ? Something seems off to me.

You either balanced the checkbook or you didn't . I am sure there will be legal wrangling and eventually a final verdict .
