Thanks John

From time to time you and your videos have been of tremendous help. I'm sure you know but others might not that this project is not exactly simple. For me it started with the emergency brake cables and they have been forever in the way. The next challenge for me was the one belt balancer and shim. Of course, that set up making custom supports for the alternator and AC compressor. I went through three different exhaust manifolds before finding the right ones to eliminate interferences. The coolant system was a super challenge for me. The exhaust system is a lot of bending and welding. For me the wiring seemed a walk in the park. I harvested an original harness and computer and cross wired a few things and now have a clean dash. I have HP tuners and that made easy work of the computer. Started the car up last week and my junkyard LS squealed like belts but wasn't the belt. I drained the oil and it was more like mud. I'm pretty good at taking the engine out so I did. Took everything apart and crickets. I have no idea what was squealing but had the block cleaned and new cam bearings. Kinda wish that I had just bought a crate engine. Everything going back together right now. Like I said a while ago, If you are going to do a swap like this have a way to lift the car over and over. I'm retired so this extra two weeks or so keeps me busy. Not sure what I am going to do when she is finished.
