Clutch cable adjustment help
83 targa. The Clovis on the cable broke so I released the cable from the release lever to replace. I reattached and decided I should check adjustment before adjust pedal travel. Bentley manual states 1.2 mm gap between positioning lever and stop bolt as basic adjustment without and 1mm with cable attached. However, the current gap is 6.5mm, but I haven’t changed the position?
