Good golly = you joined in 2010 and this is your second post?!
I have been dealing with some electrical gremlins, and I’ve dug into that area (believed to be the RH side of your car, just below the HVAC line). Anyhow, I just took a look to verify - the yellow line in my car (with a poorly installed POS aftermarket radio) has a fuse on it. Regarding the hole it appears to go into (perhaps the fire wall) - I do not know exactly where this goes. Here is what I CAN say — that yellow line (on my car) has nothing to do with the antenna.
