Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, not the fun towns they were 30 years ago.
I wouldn't recommend the trip, but if you go, absolutely do not drive at night, stay in the main touristy areas, and try not to stick out.
Really makes me sad/angry what the Cartels have done to Baja...
