Have one like that.
Have a half dozen spatulas in fact.
There was something about the original that was just perfect.
It's thin and has just the right balance of flex to bend and get under stuff and stiff enough that it doesn't collapse under the weight of the food.
I knew this day was coming for a couple of years and have been actively looking for a comparable replacement but have found nothing I like.
If anyone knows where I can source the same exact one I'd appreciate the heads up.
