I just don't like plastic spatulas.

We've got one, it's a good one, stamped stainless that's got a coating of some sort on the handle end. The coating is deteriorating. I'd love to pull the coating off and coat it with something. Maybe I'll make a wooden handle for it some day.

We've got another that's from a set of stainless pots that she had when I met her, probably 25-30 years old. It's stamped sheet metal welded to a bent rod. The sheet metal has a crack near the weld from being bent/flexed.

I want something like this



or like one of these.
