If the implication is that the kidneys generate a minimum of 200ml of urine per hour, then after 8 hours of sleep without urinating, you'd wake up and have to urinate for a minimum of 1.675 quarts. No way!
I regularly sleep for 7-9 hours without urinating and I'm pretty sure I've never peed half a gallon. Are you sure that's not supposed to be 20ml?
