For what it's worth, here is what I did, same model radio: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/959026-cdr-220-bluetooth-install.html. This was done with guts from a Logitec BT module.

I will replace this one more time with this module https://www.ebay.com/itm/384853819174 as this works really well in another head unit I converted. The advantage of this module is that it can pair with phones without any interaction (buttons, etc.) and one can use it to do phone calls.
