Four months ago I bought an eGO 56v leaf blower. I've used it 4 times...4. Today it doesn't work. The battery is fine as it works in the pole saw. I call EGO to get warranty service. They have no record of my purchase and I no longer have the original receipt

I go to Lowes and ask them to print a copy for me. They can't find a record of the purchase. I pull out the AmEx record for them but still no joy.
EGO won't honor the warranty without the original receipt and the AmEx record doesn't show what I bought. I have to find someone to fix this thing.
So, don't do a Flatty, keep those receipts.
