It used to have "Brake for the Cone Zone" or if there were a construction area or something, hours the exit ahead would be closed, that sort of stuff.
Last few weeks it is the pedestrian thing, seems weird. Saturday I was in the car with mom and she mentioned it as being sort of odd. Maybe they expect the homeless people to start roaming the interstates or something.
Sounds like it is Northern and Southern California. Strange.
