Had a tour of the Alpine factory a few weeks ago, the very same factory I worked at over 20yrs ago
The single most noticeable difference other than most of people looked like they should be in school

was there were women in nearly every area of the factory
Machinists, laminators, mechanics, engineers, designers, planners, buyers, shop floor, office, upstairs, downstairs and everywhere etc, etc
Was really impressive to see it wasn't just corporate speak
