350HP, are you implying that people with certain names are more likely to be felons, and then that these people with "felonious names" tend to vote democrat? Some may take that as a little insensitive.
And FWIW all the data I have seen shows that even if the Supreme Court had allowed continued recounts that Bush would have won. The best arguments I have heard from the other side involve the "people who share felons names" would have voted for Gore type arguments. Not exactly concrete and if I might say a little bit of cognitive dissonance may be going on
