What’s the best way to cut a 12” x 12” x 3/16 metal square diagonally? I’ve got a miter box that I could partially cut the diagonals using a metal cutting blade, but then I would need to connect the two cuts. Throw a metal cutting blade on my circular saw?
Then I want to round off the edges. Probably too much for my jigsaw, so maybe my cut off wheel?
