Don’t rule out intermittent alternator or voltage regulator issues. I had similar battery drain (10-11v) issues, but I could use the jump box to start; sometimes it would charge, sometimes not. 5 year old battery. New battery and alternator fixed it. Took me 3 months of trial and error to get things sorted.
