Vosges in Chicago. You can get their bars anywhere at fancy places like whole foods, but their boutiques are amazing and their truffles are crazy, with some similar flavors.
Chocolates El Rey, out of Venezuela, has wonderful single-origin stuff with a rich warm taste regardless of cocoa content. Dunno if they have truffles or bonbons - we just buy the bars.
